Our Sales Terms
 

-We DO NOT sell for meat. Even our wethers are sold as PETS ONLY.
-A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold one of our goats.
-If you request for a buckling to be a wether, you must pay the total price up front.
-All our goats are wormed on a regular bases and have their shots.
-Our goats are given CD/T vaccines.
-Our goats are tattooed with our herd prefix.
-You must have an approved carrier or cage to transport the goats.
-Kids will be registered with MGR to help insure their lineage.
-Paypal is accepted but buyer must pay the fee.
-If the goat is shipping out of state a health certificate is required at buyers expense.
-Shipping may be available or meeting somewhere. If you are interested in this service contact me and we will work something out for a fee.
-Our mature goats (1 yr. +) have been tested for CAE, CL and Johnes and came back negative.
-We have the right to refuse sale for any reason.
 

**Attention all Potential Buyers**

We ask all our buyers to sign a contract stating our goats will not be used for meat purposes.

Here is a copy of it.

I ___________________ agree that the goat ________________________ will not be used for meat consumption. I also agree that if I, the buyer, decide to sell the goat I will contact Titan Farms, LLC and give them first right of refusal.
